Backup files you create are saved directly to your device storage. You have full control. MoneyXP does not access, read, or transmit your backup files to any server.

🤝 Third Parties

No personal financial data is shared with any third party. Google Play Billing is used solely to process subscription payments. No advertising SDKs or analytics tools are included.

⚠️ Data Loss Warning

Uninstalling MoneyXP will permanently delete all your data. Always backup from Settings → Data → Backup Data before uninstalling or switching devices.

MoneyXP is a personal finance tracking tool only. Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

3. Subscription & Billing

MoneyXP Pro is billed at $4.99/mo via Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage via Google Play → Subscriptions.

4. Your Data Responsibility

All data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. MoneyXP is not liable for data loss from device failure, app uninstallation, or accidental deletion.

5. Limitation of Liability

MoneyXP is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyXP and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
